Prices are in Pounds Sterling(£) per property per
week, to include rental, electricity, firewood, central heating and
bed-linen and towels.
Smoking is not allowed in either cottage at any
time.
Credit cards may be accepted with a 2.5% surcharge
fee.
Vine Cottage may be booked for a party of up to 4
people at a reduced rate, out of high season, using only 2 bedrooms.
Short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights are available
out of high season, please call for prices.
Numbers must not exceed the advertised spaces
without prior approval.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome (remember there are
loose poultry in the yard and sheep) at £20.00 per dog per booking.
Bookings will be made on receipt of the completed
booking form with a deposit of one third of the total due if the booking is made more than
8 weeks in advance. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date.
If less than 8 weeks in advance, total payment must
accompany the booking form to reserve the property.
Provisional bookings made by telephone or email will
be held for 5 days until the deposit/total payment is received.
The cottages will be available from 3pm on the day
of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The client shall take all reasonable and proper care
of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property
and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy
condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. Any breakages or damage to
the property caused by your party must be paid for.
If you have to cancel your holiday, we will make
every effort to re-let the property and refund your payment. If we are unable to re-let,
we may ask you to pay the balance. We recommend that you take out Cancellation Protection
Insurance, details of which can be provided.
We shall have no liability to you for the death or
personal injury to you or any member of your party.
A booking is confirmed once we have received payment
of a 1/3 rd deposit. Directions and arrival information will be sent to you on payment of
the balance.
