There
are two holiday cottages at Lovehayne Farm, both of which are
converted from old farm buildings.
Groom Cottage and the larger, Vine Cottage were once
working farm buildings nearby the farmhouse.
They would have provided housing for farm animals such
as the workhorses and the milking cows.
That
was long ago. Now
the farming activity at Lovehayne has moved further up the
track from the farmhouse in purpose-built modern farm
buildings. Today
Groom Cottage and Vine Cottage provide comfortable, homely
accommodation with plenty of tradition and charm.
Outside,
each cottage has its own private courtyard.
There are also plenty of grass lawn areas adjacent to
the cottages for children to enjoy.
And of course, the farm itself is a paradise for those
looking for peaceful walks, wildlife and intrepid
adventures!
