The large bright kitchen has an electric cooker,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle, a table for 8 and fitted pine
units. Fully equipped for catering for 8 people. Cloakroom.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 – a double aspect room with 5’
double brass bed, bedroom 2 - double aspect
with a double bed, bedroom 3 – a small single room under the eaves, and bedroom 4
– the children’s room with 3 single beds. The folding beech-wood cot can be
moved into any of the bedrooms. A stair-gate and bed-guard are available. Two bathrooms,
one with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower.
There is plenty of wardrobe space on the landing.
Outside
There is a double garage and a small paved enclosed
garden with a gas barbeque, table and garden chairs for 8.
Rotary washing line. There is plenty of room on the lawns in front of the property
for children to ride their bikes or play in safety. The barn opposite houses the washing
machine & tumble drier which need £1 coins for a meter, and a chest deep freeze.
